EFest 2018


 

Raffle tickets will be going home with students on May 24, check their folders, backpacks and pockets. The remainder of us will be able to pick up our tickets in the church foyer starting the weekend of June 2.

Rules

  • Raffle ticket stubs must be returned with payment by 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 18 with no exceptions. Please include payment for the tickets in the enclosed envelope, along with the stubs from tickets sold.
  • All unsold tickets must be returned for reporting purposes.
  • If you need more raffle tickets to sell, pick them up in the Parish Office during office hours or email serickson@epiphanymn.org.
  • If you want to make a donation without entering into the drawing, place your check/cash in the return envelope with your unsold raffle tickets.

Sold Tickets

  • Drop them off in the Sunday 1st or 2nd collection baskets during Mass.
  • Drop them off at the Parish Office.
  • Drop them off at the raffle booth during EFest until 7:30 p.m.

Bring your favorite lawn chair or find a table with friends.  Grab a cold one from the Acapulco full bar, enjoy dinner from one of our Food vendors and rock the night away.

6:00 to 7:15 p.m.


7:30 to 10:30 p.m.

The Fabulous Armadillos came out of their shell in 2006 and have since established a large and loyal following in Central Minnesota with their spot on recreations of songs from many genres of music from Country to Motown to Heavy Metal to 70’s Soft Rock and do them just like you remember. Volunteers needed for bingo, book sales, kids games and adult games.

Sign ups will happen online or after Masses.  Look for those in July.

NEW Adult Games are sponsored by the Knights of Columbus and must be 21 and older to play or to volunteer. If you know you want to help in this area contact Tom Blakeslee at 715-220-2101 or tommybhc1920@gmail.com.

Kids Games will be head up by Ann Evans and the Epiphany School. Volunteers will be needed so if this is the area for you and your family, contact her at 763-862-4346 or aevans@epiphanymn.org

Used Books will be lead by Mary Beth Maurice, 763-300-4458, contact her if you know you want to be in this area.

Bingo will be lead by Sam Oftedahl 763-898-2754 and Brian McNallan 612-990-0800 and they will need a few volunteers for callers and all things bingo.

Drop off donations starting August 11 in the meeting rooms

Donations needed for game prizes; kids and adults, and bingo prizes.  Kids prizes could be small trinkets, books, balls, squirt guns, etc. Adult game prizes and Bingo prizes could be wine, beer,  gift cards to restaurants, liquor stores, department stores, meat stores, grocery stores, etc.  Cash donations are always welcome and appreciated. Drop those off at the parish office.

Only coming to play Bingo and browse Used Books? You can go right inside to play and read. No need for a wristband. The bingo area will have snacks for sale and servers for adult beverages.

Race your friends through this gigantic 65 Foot Obstacle Course. Start the obstacle course by climbing through the entrance tunnel, then make your way through towers of blocks and tubes and climb through tight tunnels. After going around, up and over and through this maze, scramble up the climbing wall. Finally, slide to victory down the gigantic yellow slide. So much fun, you will want to race again and again.


Experience a fast paced high energy multi-player inflatable game. You have 60 seconds to dive, throw, kick, and score. But most importantly, defend your goal. The player allowing the fewest goals wins. Be careful not to let the ball roll down the slanted playing surface into your goal. The PERFECT game for multi-age groups!


In this fast paced climbing game you race to the top, get your block, return to the wall, exchange the block and race back up to the top center circle, first one to put your block down wins.
