Thank you to all of our crafters, new and returning, for setting up your creative tables and spending a beautiful Saturday at Epiphany. We hope it was a success for each and everyone of you. We look forward to next year.

This year’s bazaar will need chairs to get it up and running.
Chair and Co-Chairs: Oversee the entire Bazaar, hold a few meetings, bulletin/pulpit announcements, crafter’s table, volunteer requirements. Weekend work schedule is estimated at Friday: 3:30-8:30 p.m. and Saturday: 7:30 a.m. until all are gone.
Table Assignment Chair: Letters will go out in May to last year’s list of crafters. Jayne Miller, Epiphany Receptionist, is taking care of this task. This chair would then collect the applications and fees, place the crafters in their location from maps that have a layout of the cafeteria and gym.
Raffle Chair: Get permit, get donations, print raffle tickets, get volunteers for the bazaar
Bake Sale Chair: Get donations, bulletin announcements, get volunteers, price the goods. Weekend work schedule: Friday night to price the goods and wrap. Saturday to oversee the table.
Kids’ Corner Chair: This was cancelled last year due to no storage space. We have a plan. People can start bringing in gently used items October 30-November 3 right into the Youth Room. It can’t be before that because the room is used for meetings and youth gatherings. The chair can also spend that week sifting through items that won’t work for the sale and bringing them to Salvation Army… BUT it needs a chair!
