An Easter Greeting from Fr. Jose:

Lent, which is the preparatory period for Easter, is the time for allowing God to love us with the unconditional, eternal, forgiving, healing, nourishing, empowering, resurrecting Divine love.  Actually the whole Holy Week is the greatest revelation and celebration of Divine love. When we Confess (on Holy Wednesday) we are allowing God to forgive us with Divine love. When we are ordained (our Ordination is renewed on Maundy Thursday morning) we are made special ministers of Divine Love. When we receive communion (especially on Maundy Thursday) we are allowing God to feed us with Divine love, When we stand in the presence of Jesus on the Cross (on Good Friday) we are allowing God to pour into our hearts the Divine love. When we are baptized (or  when we renew our Baptism on Holy Saturday at the celebration of Easter) we are allowing God to give us new birth with Divine love. (When people are married they are allowing God to nourish each other with Divine Covenantal love. When we are Confirmed we are  allowing God to strengthen us with Divine love. When we are given anointing of the sick we are being treated and healed with Divine love). Jesus' last supper is the greatest ritualization of Divine love. Jesus' death on the Cross is the greatest revelation of Divine love. Jesus' resurrection is the greatest Victory of Divine love, the revelation of the greatest power of Divine Love.

I do wish you all a wonderful experience of Divine Love, a Happy Easter! May you be filled with Divine peace, Divine joy, Divine blessing, abundance of Blessings!
With so much love and gratitude

Fr. Jose
