Admission to Epiphany School

Epiphany School Admissions Policy

The Church of the Epiphany supports the education of children whose families have entered into a stewarship covenant and are living lives of faith and gratitude.

To be given admission priority families must have adopted stewardship as a way of life, giving generously back to God, through Epiphany, their gifts of time, talent and treasure. They must also have entered into a covenant with God, through Epiphany, by completing the annual Stewardship Covenant form.

The following criteria and process is used in accepting students at Epiphany School:

1. Currently enrolled students (including parishioners in the Epiphany Pre-K Readiness Program)
2. Siblings of currently enrolled students.
3. Siblings of alumni of Epiphany School who are stewardship families.
4. Dependents of alumni who are stewardship families (see above)
5. Dependents of stewardship parishioners (see above). These children will be further prioritized according to the actual date they registered in the parish.

Each of these registrations must be accompanied with a completed stewardship covenant.

If there are still openings available after March 1, students will be accepted in the following order:

1. Epiphany Pre-K Readiness participants, non parishioners
2. Dependents of alumni who are non-parishioners
3. Dependents of Catholic non-parishioners.
4. Dependents of non-Catholics.

The full cost of educating a child at Epiphany School will be charged.
